On 12 August 2026, BINUSIAN had the opportunity to take a closer look at career opportunities in the technology industry through CTI Group Campus Hiring, held at BINUS @Kemanggisan (Anggrek Campus).
The event brought fresh graduates together with the CTI Group team for a day of learning, connecting, and experiencing the recruitment process firsthand. Through the campus hiring session, participants had the opportunity to discover more about CTI Group, explore available career opportunities, and take part in the on-site recruitment process.
CTI Group, one of Indonesia’s IT solution providers, offered career opportunities for fresh graduates through several positions, including Business Representative, which was open to fresh graduates from all majors, and AI Sales Specialist, which was open to graduates from Computer Science, Information Systems, and related fields.
On-Site Recruitment Activities
The Campus Hiring featured several activities designed to give participants a closer experience of CTI Group’s recruitment process:
- Registration
Participants registered and prepared themselves to take part in the day’s recruitment activities. - Company Profile Session
Participants learned more about CTI Group, its business, working environment, and career opportunities available for fresh graduates. - Psychological Test
Participants took part in a psychological test as one of the stages of the recruitment process. - HR Interview
Participants had the opportunity to meet and speak directly with the CTI Group HR team through an on-site interview session.
From registration and the company profile session to the psychological test and interview, the event was filled with enthusiasm as BINUSIAN explored their potential and took their next step toward the professional world.
