  1. Product Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Leading the product team in product conceptualization, development, and launch of new products based on customer feedback, data, and market needs.
  • Define product schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
  • Align product objectives with company goals, and make sure product team is clear on objectives.
  • Deliver and install technology solutions.
  • Help product team with the design and development tasks.
  • Lead process of issue identification and resolution.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our products and features.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in any major with 2+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Previous work experience in B2C is preferred.
  • Agile mindset.
  • Communication & interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Fast learner, problem-solver and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven leadership style.

 

  1. Associate Product Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Create & manage product plans
  • Define product schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Align product objectives with company goals, and make sure product team is clear on objectives
  • Deliver and install technology solutions
  • Help product team with the design and development tasks
  • Lead process of issue identification and resolution
  • Manage risk tracking process

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Having 0-2 years of experience in product development (tech) work
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
  • Proficiency in product management software tools

 

  1. QA Engineer

Job Descriptions:

  • Define and manage Test Plans, including Test Scenarios and Test Cases, which will ensure acceptance criteria for each story are met.
  • Runs all types of Tests relevant to this feature, including UI Testing, Functionality Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, or Sanity Testing.
  • Recurring Test Case Identification & creating Test Script for Test Case automation and scenarios for Schoters platform
  • Document analysis and reports for each Test.
  • Collaborate with Product, System Analysts and other Engineers in cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products to customers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Understand the concept of QA Software.
  • Have experience in SDLC Agile methodology (will be a plus if experience in more than 1 SDLC model).
  • Have knowledge in the testing automation framework and tools that are used. Better yet, if you are open and experienced in trying various technology stacks, environments, and backgrounds.
  • Good analytical & problem solving skills.

 

  1. Digital Marketing Lead

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate marketing activities, such as content planning, brainstorming, content evaluation, promotional activities, etc.
  • Research, plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to grow the transactions, new users, revenue, etc.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve marketing strategies performance based on data analytics.
  • Maintain the campaign performance on a daily basis.
  • Planning budget and digital strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • We don’t care about your education background.
  • Minimum of 3 years solid experience in digital marketing. It is okay to experience in specific digital marketing knowledge, e.g. FB/IG ads, google ads, SEO, copywriting, etc. but a well-rounded candidate will be much preferred.
  • Experience in leading a team will be a significant additional point.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

 

  1. Digital Marketing Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies by utilizing various media and platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram), ads, Google SEO / SEM, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree (all major)
  • Preferably having a minimum of 1-year. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply experience in the digital marketing field.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in leading a team will be a significant additional point.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
